Cookie Policy
Contents
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. SOREALTH uses cookies and browser storage (Local/Session Storage) to make the site work, remember your choices and — only with your permission — for analytics and marketing. The Thai version of this policy prevails.
1. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
Needed for sign-in, security and remembering your choices. They cannot be switched off, as the site would not work.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| soreal.auth | Keeps you signed in | Until you sign out or the sign-in expires |
| .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* | Protects forms against request forgery (CSRF) | Browser session |
| .AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider | Shows the result message after an action | Browser session |
| soreal.lang | Remembers your language | 1 year |
| sr_consent | Remembers your cookie settings | 1 year |
| Temporary cookies when signing in with Google / Apple / Microsoft / LINE / WeChat | Protect the sign-in round trip | Up to 10 minutes |
Functional
Remember things you do for convenience, such as your compare list (Local Storage) and map data already loaded (Session Storage) — kept in your browser only.
Analytics (with your consent)
Help us know how many people view a listing and improve the site.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| sr_vid | Random, anonymous ID so a listing view is counted once | 1 year |
| _ga, ga* | Google Analytics (only when enabled) | Up to 2 years |
Marketing (with your consent)
Used to show content or ads matching your interests. We do not use marketing cookies yet; if we start, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
2. Third-party cookies
When the Platform shows Google Maps or Street View, or when you sign in with an external account, those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
3. Managing cookies
- Choose or change your settings any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working.
- When this policy changes materially we will ask for your consent again.
See the Privacy Policy for more on how we use personal data.
